Steps to - Disable Windows error report


Microsoft’s Error Reporting in windows sometimes is disturbing, most of us don’t want to send that error report because it’s of no use...
There’s an easy way to disable Microsoft error report in windows.
Disable Microsoft Error report in Windows XP :
1) Open Control Panel (Start> Control Panel)
2) Open the Problem Reports & Solutions applet Under advanced options and disable error reporting.
Disable Microsoft Error report in Windows Vista :
1) Right click on my computer (Desktop) and click properties
2) Click the Advanced tab
3) You’ll see a “Error reporting” button at the bottom, click it
4) Select Disable Error Reporting.

Steps to - Memorize things


1.Understand why you remember the issue... 
It really is mostly important because you aren't finished with it, or that you want to do something,  repair it or even forget it (therein lies the problem). These actually enforce the need to remember.

2.Simplify It by breaking it down...
Break whatever you're trying to memorize down into smaller categories or groups. This is why phone numbers are broken up by dashes. Those dashes help separate the number into easily recognizable groups for the brain.

3.Relax...
If you are cramming a lot of information into your brain in a short space of time, try and get relaxed first. Meditate or if you are not into that then just listen to the breath entering and leaving your body. You need to be as relaxed as you can whilst taking information in as a disorganized mind will lead to disorganized memories.

4.Concentrate...
If you only have a limited amount of time in which to remember these things then you must concentrate as much as possible on whatever the task is that you are now doing. If you do not concentrate, your memories will be fuzzy.


5.Relate the thing...
If you're going to successfully learn how to memorize things quickly, this is a big one. Your brain will much more likely remember something if it reminds you of a long term memory that you've never forgotten. Think about what you're trying to remember and think about the things it reminds you of. This goes a long way in memorizing things quickly.

6.Make Logical explanation...
Probably the best way to remember things is to make a logical explanation to what you are learning. Making it a habit to remember things may help a lot for some people.

 7.Write on...
Write a note on small pieces of the work when memorizing a speech, essay, or other work of prose. Do this by breaking off in sensible places, such as the end of a paragraph, idea, or quote. Affix the notes to a highly visible place in your bedroom or living room where you look often.

8.Gaze little longer...
Gaze little longer on things you need to remember. This may look silly but it works.

9.Good sleep... 
Sleep is very much necessary to memorize things. Sleep disorders leave you tired and makes you unable and uncomfortable to concentrate during the day.

Like every other part of your body, your brain needs to be stretched, flexed, and otherwise used in order to keep it in great working condition. This can be done with a lot of fun by playing brain games like Sudoku and crosswords.

Steps to – Get out of Depression


1.Have the will to get out…
Many people remain depressed simply because they lack the will to go out. It certainly can be difficult to push yourself when you're feeling down but it is an effort well worth making. If you don't feel up to socializing as such but feel the need for company, get out of the house and do whatever it is you were going to do at home, somewhere else. For example, rather than staying home and doing a crossword, take it to library and do it there in the company of other people. Exchanging a few pleasantries with the librarian might make a difference to your day.

2.Establish a clear understanding of what made you depressed...
Many people remain unhappy because they attribute their unhappiness to the wrong things, or to nothing at all. Social pressure can often keep you from even questioning your happiness about certain things. Be honest with yourself, or you wont even know what to move on from.

3.Change your state of affairs… 
If you're unhappy, and want to become happy, something about your life clearly needs to change. For many people, this means their surroundings. Are you still living in the small town that caused your feeling's of rural inadequacy? Move. Are you still working at the company that gives you no sense of meaning whatsoever? Quit. Are you still in the relationship that is making you feel manipulated? Break up. This may seem trivial, but it's often the most overlooked obstacle between you and your satisfaction.

4.Gain some perspective… 
You have access to the internet that places you well above the social circumstances of the majority of the world. There's a point at which you simply have to accept that your happiness is your own responsibility, and it's comprised of the decisions you make. Everything in your life capable of breaking is going to at some point. You've got hands. Fix them.

5.Seek help from a mental health professional…
Many studies prove that talk therapy helps with depression. To get the most out of talk therapy, you need to find a therapist that you like and trust, and work with him or her over a longer period of time. It doesn't have to be years, but don't expect that serious depression will evaporate without some consistent work on your part. Cost doesn't have to be a barrier: most cities have reduced-fee clinics and many universities offer help through their psychology training programs.

6.Working with your chemicals…
There is a chemical-biological explanation to everything going on within our bodies. Serotonin is a chemical which is synthesized in our brain, that makes our mood go up. The depression results as (or caused from) serotonin level going down in our brain. The anti-depressants actually deal with taking serotonin level higher. Serotonin chemical can actually be synthesized in our brain so we don't need pills to get our moods up actually. The best way to increase your serotonin levels is sports. Please don't under estimate the effect of sports because it increases your serotonin level and makes you feel good. Instead of standing in your home swallowing pills, going outside and running on your own is a way much better way to feel good about yourself.
Don't forget that you can overcome depression.

Steps to - Remember Dreams

Remembering your dreams is the starting place for learning to have lucid dreams. you have to be familiar with the way your own dreams work.Getting plenty of sleep is the first step to good dream recall. If you are rested it will be easier to focus on your goal of recalling dreams, and you won't mind so much taking the time during the night to record your dreams. The dream is the shortest, perhaps 10 minutes in length, while after 8 hours of sleep, dream periods can be 45 minutes to an hour long.
1.Make a conscious decision to remember your dreams…
You’ve got a better chance of remembering your dreams if you really want to remember them. Assuming you do want to, tell yourself that you’re going to remember your dreams and conscientiously follow the steps to make your desire to remember your dreams come true.

2.Put a pad and pen or pencil within easy reach of your bed…
It’s best if it just has plain paper with no designs or other distractions. Use this pad only for recording your dreams. Before you go to sleep, make sure it is open to the next page on which you can write so you don’t have to search for a blank page when you wake up. Always put the pen in the same spot so that you don't have to search for that, either. An alternative to writing your dreams is to keep a tape recorder near your bed or under your pillow so that you can verbally recount what happened in your dream.

3.Place your alarm clock close to your bed...
When you wake up you want to be able to focus on remembering your dreams before you perform any other activities. If you can wake up without an alarm clock, you won’t have to worry about turning it off, but if you do need an alarm, make sure you can turn it off quickly and easily, preferably without even moving in bed. Don’t use a radio alarm clock, as the ads or chatter on the morning show will likely distract you from your task.

4.Get to bed early enough to get adequate sleep on a consistent basis…
If you wake up too tired to think, you’ll find it hard to recall your dreams. Too little sleep will also limit the number of dreams you have. People who sleep less than six hours have a hard time remembering dreams.

5.Think about a major problem or emotional concern right before you fall asleep…
Think deeply about the situation without pressing for solutions or coming to conclusions. Just thinking about the problem "opens the door", in a sense, to more vividly remembered dreams, and the dreams may even offer more insights regarding the problem at hand.

6.Concentrate on recalling your dream as soon as you wake up…
Typically you can remember only the last dream you had before waking. Focus your gaze on the first object you see as you open your eyes. Look at the object; focus on it. That object will most often take the vague recollection of your dream to a place mark in memory where it is easier to recall details. A doorknob, a light bulb, or a nail in the wall, for example, will quell your urge to begin your day, and will help you to settle into memories of what you had experienced while sleeping.

7.Increase the number of dreams you can remember by writing in your dream journal…
You dream several times while you're sleeping, so if you only record the last dream you had before you get up in the morning, there are more dreams you might not be remembering. It’s always tempting to go right back to sleep when you wake up in the middle of the night, but take the opportunity to remember what you were dreaming before you do—in all likelihood you will not remember it in the morning.

Since you usually only remember the last dream you had, you can remember more dreams by waking up several times during the night. We go through a complete sleep cycle approximately every 90 minutes, so you may find it productive to set your alarm to wake you at some multiple of 90 minutes (such as 4.5, 6, or 7.5 hours) after you expect to go to sleep. Dreams in the later half of the night are typically longer than those you dream soon after going to sleep, so you probably want to wait until at least the 4.5 hour mark to intentionally wake yourself.

In a word, our dreams are powerful. And with practice, it is a power that we can indeed harness. With a sustained effort, practice, and a healthy dose of patience, you'll remember dreams - and your waking life will be richer because of it!

Steps to - Create Windows Live CD

Live CDs are used to enable you to start-up your PC from the optical drive and carry out different functions on your desktop or laptop. Windows Live CD is vital when attempting to recover lost data due to viruses, software or hard disk crash and accidental deletion, repairing issues or when one has a need to customise their desktop whenever they are not utilizing their PCs. Whereas, Live CDs are widespread amongst Linux system users, it is not frequent to come across windows users who have Live CDs.

1.Download from Internet...
Download from the internet the latest release of Bart PE and install it in your laptop or desktop. Ensure that you have adequate memory available on your storage disk to store and install the software. Make certain that prior to burning the CD that you have installed all the necessary applications programs. Thereafter, load the Bart PE. This will function in creating an ISO to be transferred to the CD. The actual size of the ISO will hinge on the number of application that you want included to the live CD. It is recommended that you have a minimal of 700 MB of disk space.

2.Plugins...
All extra tasks that you would like to include into the Live CD are done automatically by the provided plugins. There are a number of them that you can select from. In computing terms, plugins are but just a means of including extra applications to your Live CD. To get more information on plugins used by Bart PE check for it online.

3.Windows XPE...
A particular plug-in referred to as Windows XPE will be required. This makes available to you a method to start-up your PC in a GUI that is the same to the one used in normal Windows. Other than Windows XPE there are other plugins that can be used for data backups and disc recovery amongst others.

4.Insert the Windows OS disc into the CD-ROM...
Insert the Windows OS disc into the CD-ROM and Load the Bart PE-Builder and direct it to the actual drive having the installation disc. Alternatively you can point it to a location on your hard drive that contains the files.

5.Click on the “plugins” button...
Click on the “plugins” button that is situated at the bottom of the dialog box. This enables you to include extra applications and customise any plugins that have been downloaded.

7.Adding...
Click “add” in the new dialog box that appears and locate the location of Windows XPE and other plugins.

8.Finally...
Click close and start burning the disc.
